TEDA Suez — a container terminal
A container terminal, dry port and warehousing complex that for years ran on telephone calls. We built one Odoo platform — terminal operations, finance and HR — plus a self-service app that lets shipping lines answer their own questions. Every service now converts to an invoice automatically.
INW — International Marine Works
Offshore service contracting is a business of certificates and people in motion. We built crew rotation and mobilisation, job orders and scope, certificate and permit expiry control, and a full vessel and marine-asset register — then carried it cleanly from Odoo 15 to 18.
PTT — Power & Telecom Technologies
Infrastructure contracting is billed on progress, not delivery. We built work-breakdown budgeting, partial-completion billing measured per task, automatic close journal entries, and bilingual ZATCA invoicing — the most continuously active engagement in the portfolio.
Utopia Pharma
An importer running two businesses at once: a customs and bonded-warehousing operation at the port, and a workforce whose pay depends on attendance rules no off-the-shelf payroll understands. We built both — from bill of lading to shelf, and from biometric attendance to Egyptian payroll and cheque-cycle treasury.
